Duties

  • Communicate directly with clients to assess legal concerns and deliver strategic guidance

  • Develop legal strategies aimed at resolving client matters effectively and cost-efficiently

  • Draft legal pleadings, including complaints, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements

  • Represent clients in court proceedings and handle oral arguments and appearances

  • Collaborate with legal team members and contribute to a supportive work culture

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in real estate and creditor’s rights

  • Strong litigation background with experience handling court appearances and drafting pleadings

  • Client-focused approach with the ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage matters independently and efficiently

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Admission to the New Jersey State Bar (required)
