Duties:

• Handle personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial.
• Conduct client consultations and maintain strong communication throughout the case.
• Lead mediations and settlement discussions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and respond to legal motions.
• Develop case strategies and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in court, including first-chair jury trials.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff nationwide.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation.
• Proven track record as first chair in jury trials.
• Strong knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.
• Must hold an active and good-standing Florida State Bar license.
• Demonstrated ability to draft and respond to legal motions.
• Preference for candidates open to working from an office, though remote work is considered for top-tier talent.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida State Bar.

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the Florida State Bar.
