  • Conduct detailed legal research and analysis, ensuring accurate and effective case strategy.
  • Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth progression of cases.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to the development of case strategies.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure all legal procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
  • Mentor junior associates or support staff as needed, contributing to a collaborative team culture.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in casualty law, with a focus on civil defense litigation.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple caseloads while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Prior experience representing clients in depositions, hearings, and settlement conferences.
  • Proven ability to handle complex legal matters independently while working collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach to legal practice.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the New Jersey State Bar.
