Job Overview

A leading law firm in San Antonio, TX, seeks an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Intermediate Litigation Compliance Attorney. This role ensures adherence to legal procedures and firm policies while supporting litigation teams. Duties

  • Conduct audits and case reviews for assigned litigation teams.
  • Facilitate weekly meetings with litigation teams to monitor compliance with firm policies, procedures, and deadlines.
  • Identify areas of non-compliance and collaborate with teams to address and resolve issues effectively.
  • Guide legal standards and procedural compliance.
  • Assist in developing strategies for improving case management practices.

Requirements

  • Licensed attorney in the United States, in good standing.
  • 0-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
  • Familiarity with Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Texas Rules of Evidence.
  • Exceptional written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently on cross-functional teams.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active license to practice law in Texas (or eligibility to obtain one).
