The ideal candidate will be passionate about advocating for clients in personal injury and property damage cases and will be committed to providing exceptional client service. This role requires expertise in litigation, trial preparation, and excellent communication skills to manage relationships with clients and insurance companies.

Duties:

  • Meet with clients to discuss their legal matters, providing compassionate and empathetic support throughout the process.
  • Communicate effectively with insurance companies to update clients on claims, demands, and offers.
  • Lead case preparation and manage all aspects of litigation.
  • Represent clients in trials when necessary, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and counsel to clients, building trust and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Engage in negotiations with the opposing parties to reach favorable settlements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal practices and procedures.

Requirements:

  • At least 6+ years of litigation experience, particularly in personal injury or property damage cases.
  • Proven 1st chair trial experience with a strong record of success.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Member of the Arizona Bar and in good standing.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate claims effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Arizona (or eligible for admission to the Arizona Bar).

Skills:

  • Excellent litigation and trial skills.
  • Strong client relationship management.
  • Ability to navigate complex legal challenges.
  • Skilled in negotiation and settlement discussions.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken communication.
  • Fluent in Spanish (preferred).
