Litigation Attorney

Job Overview:
A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its growing litigation practice group. This position offers the opportunity to work in either the Madison or Milwaukee office. Location:

• Milwaukee, WI

Duties:

• Manage a diverse caseload and provide litigation support from inception through trial
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court appearances and depositions
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client development
• Assist in business development and client relationship management

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent writing and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
• Business development aptitude and ability to build client relationships
• Experience in courtroom representation and legal document preparation

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in Wisconsin
