Duties:

• Manage a broad range of corporate and transactional lifecycle matters, focusing on public company representation.
• Handle registered equity offerings, including IPOs and follow-on offerings.
• Support life sciences companies with legal counsel and support, addressing their specific needs and challenges.
• Collaborate effectively with teams to execute transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Independently manage substantial components of transactions, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
• Conduct legal research, draft documents, and prepare filings as necessary.

Requirements:
