• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents.
• Participate in discovery processes, including depositions and expert witness preparation.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, particularly patent litigation.
• Strong litigation skills and a solid understanding of IP law.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Proven track record of working on high-profile patent cases and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
• Must be admitted to practice law in California.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Background in science and technology, ideally with a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or physics.
