A law firm seeks a dedicated and experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join its team specializing in class action, mass torts, and product liability cases. This role offers an opportunity to work on high-impact litigation matters within a collaborative and professional environment. Note that this position is not on the partnership track.

Duties:

  • Draft a variety of legal documents, including briefs, motions, and memoranda, tailored to meet case-specific needs.
  • Review and prepare discovery responses with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of discovery materials to inform legal strategy and support effective motion preparation.
  • Develop thorough deposition outlines to aid in witness preparation and cross-examination.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of litigation experience, with a substantial focus on class action cases.
  • Proven expertise in drafting legal documents such as motions to dismiss, discovery responses, and summary judgment motions.
  • Strong ability to conduct legal research and develop strategic case approaches.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction (e.g., Washington).
