A prominent law firm in San Diego is currently seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join their Family Law Litigation team. Duties:

• Handle a caseload of complex family law litigation, including high-net-worth divorces and custody disputes.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, discovery specialists, forensic accountants, and support staff to manage cases effectively.
• Represent clients in court, hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements.
• Provide clients with expert legal counsel throughout all stages of family law cases.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring effective communication and timely updates.
• Participate in continuing legal education and training to stay current on legal trends and developments.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law litigation.
• Strong understanding of complex family law issues, including property division, spousal support, and child custody.
• Experience handling high-net-worth cases is preferred.
• Proven track record of successful litigation and client advocacy.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and external parties.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the State Bar of California.
