A law firm is seeking a Student Services And Special Education Associate Attorney with the following responsibilities:

  • Build client relationships with K-12 schools and community colleges.
  • Assist clients in the individualized education program process.
  • Present workshops to clients.
  • Review and revise policies and procedures.
  • Respond to state and federal compliance complaints.
  • Handle administrative due process hearings outside of the adversarial context of traditional litigation.

Requirements:
