Location:

Duties:

  • Represent clients in employment-related litigation before Texas and federal courts.
  • Handle employment claims, including wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, and other related matters.
  • Represent employers before various administrative agencies, such as the EEOC and Department of Labor.
  • Advise employers on employment-related matters, including compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with both internal teams and external clients to resolve complex employment issues.
  • Participate in legal research, motion drafting, and discovery processes.
  • Manage case files, prepare legal documents, and maintain effective client relationships.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of general litigation experience, with a preference for employment-related litigation.
  • Strong experience in handling employment-related claims and representing clients before administrative agencies.
  • Admission to practice law in Texas.
  • Experience in Texas and federal courts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage client relationships at all levels.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Texas State Bar.
