Associate Attorney - General Litigation

A law firm seeks a dedicated Associate Attorney to join its team in Glendale, CA, in a hybrid capacity. Duties

• Draft legal pleadings and documents to support ongoing cases.
• Conduct depositions and represent clients in court appearances.
• Prepare and oppose motions, ensuring comprehensive legal strategies.
• Investigate claims thoroughly to gather the necessary evidence.
• Provide clients with sound legal advice and regular updates on their cases.

Requirements

• Active member of the California Bar Association.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in litigation, specifically in general, commercial, or liability matters.
• Strong legal research and writing capabilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines, both independently and in a team setting.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Current admission to the California State Bar is required.
