Location:

Duties:

  • Assist in administering day-to-day operations of a busy law practice

  • Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence with clients and courts

  • Interact with clients, manage client relationships, and provide legal counsel

  • Communicate professionally via phone and email

  • Appear in court both in person and electronically

  • Manage timelines, deadlines, and multiple projects efficiently

  • Provide assistance in civil litigation, including personal injury, employment, and construction cases

  • Participate in legal research and writing tasks

  • Travel for court appearances and firm-related matters as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in civil litigation, personal injury, or related fields

  • Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills

  • Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and judges

  • Consistent, reliable, and professional demeanor

  • Willingness to take ownership of cases and follow them through completion

  • Ability to relocate or commute to Ketchum, ID or Twin Falls, ID

  • Experience with court appearances (in-person and electronic)

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Idaho or eligible for admission
