Litigation Associate Attorney

The role will involve legal research, drafting legal briefs, managing discovery, and taking depositions from case inception through trial. Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support litigation matters
• Draft compelling and persuasive legal briefs
• Propound and respond to written discovery
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Assist in all phases of commercial litigation, from inception through trial
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on case strategy

Requirements:

• Admission to the Nevada State Bar with "active" status and in good standing (no bar complaints or disciplinary actions)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to comprehend and analyze complex legal issues
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong legal research skills, particularly with Westlaw Edge
• Excellent legal writing and communication skills
• Experience with ESI discovery and document review (Relativity preferred)

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Nevada Bar membership in good standing
