Duties and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in general liability cases, including commercial motor vehicle defense, UM/UIM claims, premises liability, construction accidents, and product liability.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and provide comprehensive analysis.
• Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Appear in court for hearings, trials, and depositions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and support case strategies.

Requirements

• JD degree from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active license in good standing in New Jersey.
• Experience in general liability defense preferred.
• Trial experience is preferred but not required.
• A book of existing work is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active New Jersey State Bar license.
