Duties:

  • Manage personal injury cases through all phases of pre-litigation.
  • Review incident details and assess case value within the first 30 days.

  • Maintain client communication and provide case updates.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable outcomes.
  • Coordinate with paralegals, expert witnesses, medical providers, and insurance adjusters to gather case information.
  • Handle mediations, interpleader hearings, and other relevant proceedings as required.
  • Conduct monthly file reviews and manage deadlines for filing and litigation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal injury law.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficient in understanding medical terminology and personal injury/tort law.
  • Skilled in organizing, prioritizing, and handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deductive reasoning and decision-making abilities, with a focus on problem-solving.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications:
