Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and support for mergers and acquisitions transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate transaction documents such as purchase agreements and merger agreements.
  • Conduct due diligence reviews.

Requirements:

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
