Job Title: Immigration Attorney

Job Overview:

Duties:

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a valid license to practice law in at least one US state.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in immigration law, including family-based immigration and removal defense.
  • Experience with litigation in Immigration Court is essential.
  • Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines under pressure.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in at least one US state.

Skills:

  • Immigration law expertise, specifically family-based immigration and removal defense.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
