  • Conduct and defend depositions

  • Develop and execute legal strategies tailored to case needs
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and key stakeholders
  • Ensure all case deadlines and procedural requirements are met

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in first-party property litigation
  • Ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
