Duties:

• Represent clients in workers' compensation defense cases, handling all aspects of the litigation process.
• Make court appearances throughout Southern California as required.
• Manage case files in a paperless environment, ensuring organized and efficient handling.
• Collaborate with support staff, maintaining effective communication and workflow.

Requirements:

• Must be physically located in Southern California.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel for court appearances as necessary.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active California Bar license (required).

Skills:

• Proficiency in workers' compensation defense law.
