Litigation Attorney

A law firm in Winston Salem, NC, is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will assist in various aspects of litigation, including legal research, drafting legal documents, and client representation.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on assigned cases.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Assist with case preparation, including organizing evidence and exhibits.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.

• Attend meetings, conferences, and court appearances as required.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the North Carolina State Bar.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in litigation practice.
