The attorney will work closely with clients to develop case strategies, provide legal guidance, and represent clients in immigration-related court proceedings. Duties:

  • Conduct consultations with clients to assess their immigration needs and develop case strategies.
  • Research and analyze legal strategies to ensure high-quality service for clients.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including Master Calendar and Individual Hearings.
  • Provide comprehensive legal guidance and support to clients throughout the immigration process.

Requirements:

  • Active Pennsylvania Bar admission or admission to another state bar (required).
  • No prior experience in immigration law is required, although experience is preferred.
  • Ability to manage a high caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on respectful and compassionate client interactions.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar License in Pennsylvania or another U.S. state (required).
