Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a skilled Litigation Associate Attorney to represent the firm in litigation matters, provide strategic legal advice, and support the company's growth. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in corporate transactional law and litigation, possess excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, and hold an active bar license, preferably in Ohio.

Duties:

• Represent the company in litigation matters, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
• Provide strategic legal advice and support to the company.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations to mitigate risks.
• Work collaboratively across departments to facilitate the company's growth and protect its interests.
• Manage a diverse range of corporate legal matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed legal documents.
• Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents related to business transactions.
• Develop strategies for resolving legal disputes efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state and federal laws related to corporate transactional law and litigation.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Active bar license (Ohio preferable).
• Strong expertise in managing a diverse range of corporate legal matters.
