Duties:

• Manage a diverse caseload through the pre-litigation process, focusing on employment matters.
• Develop and implement legal strategies aimed at favorable and efficient case resolution.
• Take and defend depositions, conduct meet and confer.
• Lead Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mediations and negotiations.
• Represent clients in employment disputes, presenting strong legal arguments.

Requirements:

• Active California State Bar membership, in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in employment litigation.
• Strong analytical and legal research abilities, with attention to detail.
• Creative and strategic thinking in problem-solving.
• Excellent organizational skills, including time management and case tracking.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California.

Skills:

• Expertise in employment law and pre-litigation strategies.
