A law firm seeks an accomplished securities attorney with more than six years of experience in managing structured securities offerings. This role focuses on commercial real estate law, particularly in the areas of finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. The ideal candidate will excel in a collaborative environment, contributing to significant legal projects.

Duties:

  • Represent a diverse range of public and private real estate clients, including REITs and institutional investors, across various transactions.
  • Oversee the complexities of acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and sophisticated financing arrangements for commercial real estate.
  • Provide expert legal advice to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and analyze critical legal documents associated with real estate transactions.
  • Deliver strategic insights based on strong business acumen and legal expertise.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects while demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
  • A minimum of six years of experience in managing structured securities offerings.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active attorney license in the jurisdiction of practice.

Skills:

  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
