Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in general liability litigation.
• Admitted to practice in New York State and in good standing.
• Strong writing, research, and legal analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills with responsiveness to client needs.
• High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Labor law knowledge is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York State (NYS) and in good standing.
