Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-6 years of litigation experience, preferably in real estate law.
  • Strong trial experience and ability to independently handle cases from start to finish.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in legal software and case management technology.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar in good standing.
