Duties:

• Represent clients in residential real estate transactions, including negotiations and closings.
• Provide legal support in drafting, reviewing, and executing real estate leases.
• Assist with general litigation matters, including research, documentation, and case preparation.
• Contribute to estate planning and probate work.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance carriers, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Maintain organized records and manage multiple cases concurrently.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with a focus on residential real estate transactions, litigation, and estate planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be admitted to the New York State Bar.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
