The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience and be capable of managing cases from inception to resolution. Duties:

• Manage a varied caseload of personal injury cases from start to finish, including client intake, investigation, and drafting of pleadings.
• Conduct depositions, prepare cases for trial, and represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure excellent service and case updates.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Proven track record of managing cases independently and efficiently.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in New York.
