  • Experience with oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and mediations is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively manage cases.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
