• Draft, review, and negotiate license agreements and settlement documents.
• Support trademark enforcement efforts, including cease-and-desist letters and dispute resolution.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in trademark law.
• Demonstrated expertise in trademark prosecution, clearance, and enforcement.
• Proven experience with U.S. and foreign trademark filings and proceedings.
• Strong background in drafting legal agreements related to trademarks.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in a state Bar, preferably California.
