Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview:

Duties:

• Represent clients in various litigation matters, including civil, commercial, and contractual disputes.

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to negotiate settlements and resolve disputes.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all proceedings and documentation.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process.
• Participate in the firm's strategic planning and case management meetings.
• Stay updated on current laws and legal trends relevant to litigation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Juris Doctorate (JD) or better.
• Must be licensed to practice law in Georgia.
• Proven track record of successful litigation outcomes.
• Strong understanding of legal procedures and litigation strategies.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia.
