Job Overview:
A prestigious law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate & Civil Litigation Attorney to join its legal team. This role involves handling real estate disputes, contract issues, landlord-tenant matters, and general civil litigation. The ideal candidate will have strong research and negotiation skills, courtroom presence, and the ability to manage cases independently.

Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in real estate and civil litigation cases

• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and pleadings

• Conduct legal research and case analysis

• Negotiate settlements and appear in court for hearings and trials

• Provide legal counsel on real estate-related matters

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate and civil litigation

• Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines

• Strong research, writing, and negotiation skills

• Excellent communication and courtroom advocacy

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (California bar admission required or willingness to obtain)
