Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) with active Bar membership.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefits and executive compensation law.
  • Extensive knowledge of ERISA and related laws.
  • Proven ability to handle employee benefits diligence and transition support for mergers and acquisitions.

Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
