Duties

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, from intake to resolution
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft documents, pleadings, and motions
• Review and analyze case files to identify key issues and develop case strategies
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders
• Handle discovery, depositions, negotiations, and settlement discussions
• Advocate for clients in court and at hearings
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation
• Collaborate with team members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Stay updated on changes in law and legal trends relevant to personal injury

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Tennessee
• Proven experience in personal injury law (plaintiff or defense) preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think critically and develop effective case strategies
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a client-centered approach

Education

• Doctoral degree in Law (J.D.)
