Duties

  • Handle a variety of litigation matters across different sectors.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents including briefs, motions, and pleadings.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and manage client interactions.
  • Participate in court appearances, depositions, and mediations.
  • Analyze and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations to ensure the firm’s legal strategies are in compliance.
  • Assist in managing case documentation and maintaining case files.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in litigation practice.
  • Experience in Big Law is a plus.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice law in the state of California.
