• Provide comprehensive legal advice to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
• Draft and review essential legal documents associated with real estate transactions.
• Deliver strategic insights based on sound business judgment and legal knowledge.
• Effectively manage multiple projects while demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Minimum of six years of experience in managing structured securities offerings.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
