The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to insurance companies and their policyholders in various legal matters, including personal injury claims, property damage claims, and insurance coverage disputes. The role involves conducting thorough legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court proceedings, and demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills.

Duties:

  • Represent insurance companies and their policyholders in legal proceedings, including trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to develop effective defense strategies.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
  • Respond to discovery-related motions and draft motions for summary judgments.
  • Attend court appearances regularly to represent clients.
  • Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses.

Requirements:

  • 3-10 years of experience specializing in Insurance Defense claims.
  • Admission to practice in the State of Florida.
  • Experience in Insurance Coverage defense.

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Education and Certifications:
