Structured Finance/Securitization Associate

Job Overview:
A prestigious law firm is seeking a Transactional Lawyer to join the Structured Finance and Securitization Team within the Financial Services practice. The role involves representing issuers, underwriters, borrowers, and lenders in structured finance term and warehouse transactions.

Location:

• Charlotte, North Carolina

Duties:

• Represent issuers, underwriters, borrowers, and lenders in structured finance transactions
• Handle term and warehouse transactions within the Financial Services practice
• Collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality legal services

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of transactional experience, preferably in structured finance and/or securitization transactions
• Strong academic performance
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent

Certifications:

• Admission to the North Carolina State Bar (preferred)

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of structured finance and securitization
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage complex transactions and provide strategic legal advice
