Senior Associate Attorney

Palm Desert office of our client seeks a senior associate attorney with 4+ years of experience in employment litigation and works well independently as well as as part of a team. The candidate will initiate, evaluate and strategize new cases. Assist in ongoing cases pre-litigation and litigation. Perform all phases of discovery, motion practice, ADR, and other pretrial preparation. Engage in extensive client communications and counsel. Assist in or conduct mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Research accurately and help train team members
