Insurance Recovery Associate

Duties

• Represent corporate clients in disputes with insurance carriers, including advising on insurance claims, policy interpretation, and risk management.
• Handle both litigation and settlement negotiations in various insurance recovery matters.
• Draft legal documents such as motions, briefs, and other court filings.
• Conduct research on insurance law, policyholder rights, and case precedents.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and other team members to strategize and develop case plans.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and maintain effective relationships.
• Provide counsel on insurance policy coverage and help clients navigate complex claims processes.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience in insurance recovery, representing corporate policyholders and insured clients.
