    • Data Breach & Security Response
    • Hospitality & Food-Borne Illness Litigation
    • Motor Vehicle Accidents
    • Premises Liability
    • Product Liability
    • Professional Liability
    • Real Estate Litigation
    • Toxic Tort / Asbestos Litigation
    • Transportation & Trucking Law
  • Draft, write, and research legal documents.
  • Engage in deposition, motions practice, and trials.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of litigation experience.
  • Solid drafting, writing, and researching skills.
  • Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage cases independently and work directly with clients.
  • Experience with depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
  • Washington State Bar membership required.
  • Experience in school law or public entity defense (desired but not required).

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active member of the Washington State Bar (required).
