  • Draft and review complex corporate documents and agreements.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure that legal solutions align with client goals.

Requirements

  • 3-8 years of experience as a corporate attorney with a strong background in transactional work.
  • Experience in insurance transactions and regulatory matters is preferred.

  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and collaborate with teams.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent academic credentials and professional recommendations.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
