The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, demonstrating a strong background in various aspects of real estate transactions. Duties

  • Represent national retailers, restaurant operating companies, lenders, developers, corporate end users, private equity, institutional investors, and deal sponsors in investment and development transactions.
  • Handle matters related to commercial real estate, including development, investment, financing, leasing, and lender representation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm's national real estate platform.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of meaningful experience in commercial real estate.
  • Strong understanding of traditional real estate matters, including title and survey due diligence, purchase and sale agreements, corporate governance, joint ventures, and real estate finance.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admitted to the Tennessee Bar.

Skills

  • Exceptional writing, analytical, and communication skills.
  • A small book of portable real estate or transactional business is preferred.
  • Strong academic credentials.
