Duties

• Prepare legal documents including pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements
• Conduct legal research and attend hearings and other legal proceedings
• Advise clients on legal matters and negotiate on their behalf
• Collaborate with associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure efficient case management
• Assist in trial preparation and attendance
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other legal parties

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar
• At least one year of experience in insurance defense preferred
• Strong legal knowledge and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education
