• Conduct thorough legal research, draft motions, and prepare for hearings and trials
• Attend court proceedings, mediations, and depositions
• Maintain active communication with clients and keep them informed about case progress
• Engage in settlement negotiations and prepare legal documents for resolution

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a law firm or litigation environment
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively and independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Connecticut (or eligibility for immediate admission)
