Job Overview

Seeking a motivated and experienced Estate Planning Attorney for a boutique law firm specializing in estate planning, elder law, probate and trust administration, tax planning, and business succession. The role focuses on providing personalized and sophisticated legal solutions to clients while contributing to the firm's growth and presence in North Carolina.

Location

  • Raleigh, NC

Duties

  • Conduct client meetings and consultations to assess needs and develop tailored estate plans.
  • Advise clients on estate planning strategies and communicate options effectively.
  • Design and implement comprehensive estate plans, including trusts and tax strategies.
  • Build relationships with referral sources such as financial advisors and accountants.
  • Contribute to team success by supporting firm-wide initiatives.
  • Promote the firm's growth in the Triangle and throughout North Carolina.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of estate planning strategies, trust structures, and tax laws.
  • Ability to manage multiple client matters while ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Client-focused mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications

  • Active license to practice law in North Carolina.
