Associate Attorney needed Radnor office

A law firm in Radnor, Pennsylvania, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its prestigious team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of complex litigation experience, with a preference for class action experience. This role involves day-to-day litigation of complex class action matters, developing litigation strategy, and assisting in managing clerical staff. Candidates must possess excellent credentials, exceptional writing ability, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Duties:

• Engage in day-to-day litigation of complex class action matters.
• Develop litigation strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys.
• Assist in managing clerical staff to ensure support work is completed accurately and promptly.
• Work closely with a small team of prestigious attorneys on high-profile cases.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar or eligibility for admission by waiver.
• 1-3 years of complex litigation experience preferred.
• Experience with class action matters is a plus.
• Excellent academic credentials and writing ability.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
