The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and possess leadership qualities to drive intake efficiency and team performance.

Duties:

  • Oversee and manage the intake team to ensure a seamless client experience from initial inquiry to case acceptance.
  • Conduct consultations with potential clients to assess personal injury claims and determine the viability of representation.
  • Provide detailed reports on lead generation and team performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients during the intake process, ensuring timely and clear communication.
  • Continuously review and optimize intake processes for efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to firm protocols.

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in CA, IL, NV, or AZ.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in personal injury law or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures related to personal injury cases.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply legal precedents.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the drafting and review of legal documents.
  • Proven success in case management and achieving favorable client outcomes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team, including paralegals and support staff.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the relevant state(s).

Certifications:

  • State Bar certification in one or more of the following states: CA, IL, NV, AZ.
